SB 973's Impact on the Entertainment Industry

How California’s new pay data reporting legislation, SB 973, applys to the entertainment industry

In this master series special event, Entertainment Partners' legal experts Pantea Lili Ahmadi, Senior Corporate & Employment Counsel, and Joe Scudiero, SVP and Chief Labor Counsel, come together to discuss California’s new pay data reporting law, SB 973, and how it applies to the entertainment industry. In this discussion, learn about what SB 973 is, who the new law applies to, what data will be reported on and what the reporting requirements are, and the unique complexities affecting employers in the entertainment industry.
