25% Stackable Federal Tax Credit - on Qualifying Canadian Labour Expenditure

• 1% (to a maximum of 3%) of total eligible Nunavut costs for each Nunavut resident individual in key creative personnel positions
• 10% of total eligible Nunavut costs (up to a maximum of $40K) if production is versioned in the Inuktitut/Inuinnaqtun language

Qualified expenditures include production goods and services purchased and consumed in Nunavut. Qualified expenditures must be consistent and competitive with industry standards.

The above noted provincial incentive is stackable with Canada's Federal Tax Incentive which, is 25% of 'qualifying Canadian labour expenditures', defined as the lesser of (i) actual labour expenditures, and (ii) 60 % of 'Production Costs less Assistance' ('Assistance' includes any provincial incentives that are directly attributable to the Production).
