Burbank, CA, May 2, 2017 – Entertainment Partners (“EP”), the leading global end-to-end provider of production workforce management and automated production services to the entertainment industry, announced today the hiring of Davida Lara as Executive Vice President, Payroll. EP is the largest provider of payroll services to the entertainment industry.
Lara is recognized as a national thought leader on Payroll and is a frequent speaker at various global forums such as ADP, KPMG, and EY. She brings more than 20 years of expertise to the role, most recently as Senior Vice President and Head of Global Payroll for The Blackstone Group, a leading investment and advisory firm, where she directly oversaw global payroll operations impacting more than half a million employees for Blackstone clients. Prior to that Lara was the head of global HRIS and Payroll at Harman International Industries, where she oversaw system strategy and implementation for 23 countries.

During Lara’s career she has been responsible for developing global mobility best practices and payroll shared services. Throughout the past decade she has gained extensive experience developing systems and process automation, and training personnel.
