Scheduled Maintenance Downtime — Saturday, May 17th, 8am-10pm PT
EP is updating our systems and data environment on Saturday, May 17th, from 8 am to 10 pm PT. Downtime will impact the following services and applications:
- Available, limited feature access — MyEP, SmartStart, and SmartTime.
- Unavailable — Classic Vista, Global Vista, EP Payroll, SmartAccounting (including SmartAccounting Corp), SmartPO +Payables, SmartTime Mobile, and Vista 5.
Please note:
- Save any work before the start of the downtime
- If you are in the system, you will be automatically signed out
- Data sends and receives will pause during the downtime and resume afterwards
