Liana Dubois

Liana Dubois joined Entertainment Partners as Managing Director, Australia and New Zealand in 2025. She is a seasoned commercial and creative executive with more than 25 years of experience in media and entertainment, known for leading and driving transformational growth, optimizing revenue streams and building high-performing teams.

Most recently she served as Chief Marketing Officer at Nine Entertainment, where she oversaw a substantial portfolio, integrated AI and other emerging technologies into marketing and operations, and spearheaded alignment across marketing, sales, data and product teams. She was previously Director of Powered at Nine, transforming the company’s inhouse creative agency into a market-leading commercial solutions powerhouse.

Liana is widely recognized as a dynamic, inclusive leader who takes a people-first approach, empowering teams to excel and fostering environments where creativity and innovation thrive.

Beyond her corporate leadership, Liana contributes her expertise as an advisor and board member for organizations focused on inclusion, community impact and media excellence. She serves as an Advisory Member for Women in Media Australia and is an Award Advisor for Inclusively Made, among other leadership and mentorship roles

When she’s not working, Liana enjoys golf, gardening, exploring international cuisine, bushwalking, public speaking and spending time with her two boys, landscaper husband and two sassy sausage dogs.
