Can you post my ROE to Service Canada?

If you have completed work as an individual crew member and you
have received your final paycheck, please log into your My Service Canada Account and see if your ROE has been uploaded. ROEs are uploaded soon after work has been completed. If you do not see your ROE online, please contact our payroll department via email at pwerequests@epcanada.com. Please include the following information:

    1. Last 4 digits of SIN
    2. The show you require your ROE

Can you tell me if my cheque has been issued or can you reissue my cheque if I didn’t get it?
  1. Create an account at My.EP.com to see if a cheque was issued and cashed (note: cheque status may take up to 10 days to update from the date the cheque was deposited)
  2. Please contact your Production’s payroll or accounting department for more information regarding your cheque status or to have a cheque reissued.


Can you break down the deductions on my cheque?

Please contact your production’s payroll or accounting department for more information regarding your pay deductions.


Can you send me a copy of all the union dues I paid throughout the year?

Please contact our payroll department via email at pwerequests@epcanada.com. Please include the following information:

    1. Last 4 digits of SIN
    2. A recent show you worked on
    3. City you live in, or the Union you work under
    4. Your phone number

Can you sign my T2200 form?

Please contact your production’s payroll or accounting department to have your T2200 form completed.


I moved; how do I update my address?
  1. If you worked after January 1, 2021, you can update your address on My.EP.com.
  2. If you worked prior to January 1, 2021, please contact our payroll department via email at pwerequests@epcanada.com. Please include the following information.
  • Last 4 digits of SIN
  • A recent show you worked on
  • City you live in, or the Union you work under
  • Your phone number

Where can I access my Canadian tax statements?

Go to my.ep.com to access your tax statements.

What is the Annual Tax Statements section of myEP?

Annual Tax Statements is where you go to get paperless T4s, T4As and RL1s for your EP projects. Go to myEP, then My Pay, Annual Tax Statements. Check out the Going Paperless articles below for more.

Who can sign up to access their tax documents from the Annual Tax Statements section of myEP?

All Canada based production workers who set up an EP account can go paperless and access their tax documents in the Annual Tax Statements section of myEP. Already have an EP account from using EP products like SmartStart or EP Residency? Sign in to myEP using the same email and password that you use for your other EP products.

Where is the Annual Tax Statements section of myEP?

What tax documents are available in the Annual Tax Statements section of myEP?

For now, 2022 and 2021 T4s, T4As and RL1s are available. Going
forward, tax documents will be loaded each year and accessible for up to 3 years.

What type of Canadian based production workers will receive an Annual Tax Statement?

Canadian tax slips are issued to individuals only and not to Loan-out corporations. It is not required by CRA.

What type of Annual Tax Statements are issued to our Canadian based production workers in myEP?

T4 – are issued to Crew members

T4A – are issued to Cast including extras and we only report “other income”

RL-1 – are issued to both Crew and Cast who work in Quebec, they could also receive a T4/T4A.

Why would multiple T4 or T4A be issue for a Canadian production worker employee?

If the employee worked in more than one province during the
year, they will receive a T4 or T4A for each province they worked in.

How many years of tax statements are available?

For now, 2022 and 2021 T4s, T4As and RL-1s are available. Going forward, tax documents will be loaded each year and accessible
for up to 3 years. Statements refresh each year to meet Canada Revenue Agency (CRA) filing deadlines.

How can I get a T4, T4A or RL1 that is older than 3 years?

Please contact our payroll department via email at
pwerequests@epcanada.com Please include the following information:

  • Last 4 digits of SIN
  • A recent show you worked on
  • City you live in, or the Union you work under

Do I sign up for paperless tax documents every year?

No, this is a one-time process unless you decide to go back to
mailed, paper copies.

What format are the tax documents in?

PDF

How do I know if my T4, T4A or RL1s are ready?

You receive an email notification to sign in to myEP when your
tax documents are ready in the Annual Tax Statements section. To check which email account your notification is sent to, go to myEP, My Account, Settings, Pay Preferences, T4 Delivery Preferences.

What do I do if the information on my T4, T4A or RL1 is incorrect?

To correct information, please contact pwerequests@epcanada.com and be sure to include the last 4 digits of your SIN, your mailing address, phone number and your first and last name.

  • Look out for an email confirmation. Then, check your status anytime from myEP under My Account, Settings, Pay Preferences, Delivery Preferences.
  • How do I print or download my tax documents? 
  1. Go to My Pay in the screen header of myEP, then Annual Tax Statements. Available documents display with their Document Name, Tax Year, and Type.
  2. Click the Actions dropdown under the Actions column.

    a. Choose Download to download a copy.

    b. Choose View to preview.

    c. Choose Print Document to print.

How do I go back to receiving a mailed, paper T4 T4A or RL1?

Go to My Account in the screen header of myEP, then Settings,
Pay Preferences. Click Change to Postal Mail under Delivery Preferences to update.
