Entertainment Partners names Ben Kennedy director of operations

Ben Kennedy will serve in the executive leadership team, overseeing operational strategy and service delivery for Entertainment Partners. He joins from healthcare group Sana Health, where he served as both CEO and CFO. Prior to, he spent a decade at Paramount-owned CBS Interactive, leading APAC business operations across brands including CNET, Gamespot and ZDNet.
Entertainment Partners managing director ANZ Liana Dubois said Kennedy brought a “rare combination” of operational precision, financial discipline and understanding of the production ecosystem.
“He has led businesses through significant transformation, complex integrations, and periods of rapid growth, all while building strong cultures and disciplined operational frameworks,” she said. “As our industry continues to evolve, Ben’s experience will be instrumental in helping us simplify complexity, strengthen service delivery, and accelerate the next phase of our technology and operational roadmap.”
Kennedy said he was excited to join Entertainment Partners at a time of significant industry change and opportunity.
“EP occupies a unique position – trusted technology, deep industry relationships, and a platform that touches productions at every stage. The AUNZ screen sector is growing in scale and complexity, and I am looking forward to working with the team to grow our position in the industry.”
Kennedy’s appointment follows a series of strategic investments and leadership appointments across Entertainment Partners’ Australia and New Zealand business. In April, it hired Lynda Carruthers to serve as director of customer and industry partnerships, while Dubois joined the company in October.
