BRAZIL - São Paulo

Expenses related to personnel and the acquisition of goods and services in the City of São Paulo. In each module, at least 20% of spending on goods and services must occur in two municipalities within the state of São Paulo, excluding the capital. Additionally, at least 60% of these expenditures should occur in the capital.

The public notice for the Film Attraction Program will receive applications continuously, on a first-come, first served basis, from May 25,2023 to December 24, 2023, until the end of the availability of the resources. The evaluating commission's response time will be from 10-20 business days.

Module 1:

• Minimum Spend: Film (R$10M) and Animation (R$7M)
• Project Cap: R$13.5M
• Require that over 80% of the final product's original version is spoken in a language other than Portuguese.
• International productions filmed in São Paulo.

Module 2:

• Minimum Spend: Film (R$5M) and Animation (R$3M)
• Project Cap: R$3M
• Require that over 80% of the final product's original version is spoken in a language other than Portuguese.
• Brazilian productions filmed in São Paulo with strong international potential.

At least 2/3 of the technical and artistic team involved in the filmed stages, except animation, must be Brazilian.
