Taking place on Thursday 14th November at Warner Bros. De Lane Lea, our Talent Development Fund (TDF) Year Two Reception was a celebration of both the year one and year two cohort of trainees from the initiative, funded by Entertainment Partners and Netflix.

The TDF programme consists of courses for mid-level production office positions in accounts, production management and line producing, with the aim of creating a large number of trained personnel in the industry for the long-term, as part of a shared commitment to UK production and talent development.

In year two of the three-year scheme, we've run six training courses – with 50% taking place in the Nations & Regions, part our crucial mission to upskill talent around the UK to make our industry even stronger.

This year, we have trained 70 people this year across three Production Accountant and three Production Management courses, bringing the total of trainees thus far to just under 140.

A huge thank you to Netflix and Entertainment Partners, without whom the TDF scheme would not be possible.
