Gary Bell

Managing Director, UK and Ireland

Gary Bell became Managing Director of EP’s UK & Ireland office in 2023. A founding partner of FLB Accountants which was acquired by EP in 2022, Gary has over 20 years’ experience in professional services and a strong track record of business development and client engagement.

Prior to founding FLB, Gary spent his early career working in top tier UK accounting firms, supporting a wide spectrum of businesses across sectors, providing both business and tax advice.

Gary also spent several years as the CFO of a high growth technology business, helping lead the expansion of the business internationally.

A Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales and a Fellow of the Association of Accounting Technicians Gary continues to maintain the professional qualification he has obtained.

Bell was once an accomplished golfer; however, most of Gary’s free time is spent with his wife and three children. He and his family reside in the Oxfordshire countryside.
