Chris Gratton

Chris Gratton joined Entertainment Partners as Executive Vice President and Managing Director, UK in 2026. Chris is a seasoned commercial executive with a proven track record of scaling businesses, modernizing operations and leading high-performing teams across the sports and entertainment technology sector.

Most recently, Chris served as Managing Director at Ticketmaster Sport, where he led significant commercial and operational transformation across the business, including market expansion, strategic partnerships, product evolution and operational excellence.

Chris is recognized for his highly collaborative leadership style, strong client focus, and ability to identify and unlock growth opportunities while navigating complex commercial and operational challenges. He is known for building trusted relationships and bringing a balanced perspective across strategy, operations and client delivery.

Prior to Ticketmaster, Chris held senior roles at leading global agencies including FleishmanHillard, Octagon, and Leo Burnett, where he partnered with major brands on sponsorship strategy, marketing and integrated campaign delivery.

He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computing and Management from Loughborough University and completed the Chief Executive Program and Artificial Intelligence: Business Strategies and Applications at the Berkeley Haas School of Business.
