Carol Mills

Carol Mills spent more than 25 years in CEO and other senior operating executive roles and now serves as an independent board member and CEO consultant/coach.

Carol previously served as both chair and exec chair of Xactly (XTLY) and a member of the board of directors of Ingram Micro (IM)., Adobe Systems (ADBE), WhiteHat Security, Alaska Communications, (ALSK), Blue Coat Systems (BCSI), Tekelec Corporation (TKLC), Reed-Elsevier (RELX), Zynga (ZNGA) and Acta Technology. She has served as both interim CEO and chair of compensation, nominating/governance, special litigation, strategy, and CEO selection committees during her 15+ years of board service.

Prior to becoming an independent consultant, she spent over 25 years in numerous operating roles in information technology or networking companies including CEO (Acta Technology), SVP and General Manager at Juniper Networks, and Hewlett-Packard.

Carol holds an M.B.A. from Harvard University and a BA in economics from Smith College.
