EP requires all clients to provide a certificate of insurance naming EP as additional insured on the productions commercial general liability and hired and non-owned auto liability insurance policies. See our insurance requirement checklist for full entity language and other activity/location specific requirements.

Please complete the Special Handling Questionnaire (SHQ) form with the details of the activity to start the review process. Completed forms should be submitted to insurance@ep.com. Prior approval is also required for activities like skydiving, scuba diving, bungee jumping, cliff diving or hang gliding.

Send an email request to certs@ep.com. Please include the name of your project, production company name and address or your EP client ID number. If you have a specific request from a 3rd party location, please include a copy of their insurance requirements with your request.

Yes, all work being done outside of the US requires additional insurance and prior approval by EP's Risk Solutions Team.
