EP has made a change to allow you to quickly and securely reset your password on Vista Exchange, which includes Global Vista, Classic Vista, Residuals Hosted, and Residuals Client Portal (RCP). This is part of our ongoing commitment to improve and ensure a secure client experience.

To reset your password:

  1. From the login page (https://ve.ep.com/), select “Forgot Password?” Enter your username and submit. A link will be emailed to the address on file to change your password.

(Check your SPAM folder if the reset password email isn’t received within 15 minutes. If you do not receive an email, please contact Service & Support at (818) 955-6300 or support@ep.com.)

  1. Click the link in the email to change the password. The change password screen will appear.
  2. Enter your new password.
  3. Re-enter your new password to make sure they match.
  4. Your password is reset.
