Entertainment Partners announced today the appointment of Ron Cogan, Vice President of Communications, to the Employee Ownership Foundation’s national Board of Trustees.

The Employee Ownership Foundation (EOF) is a 501(c)(3) foundation dedicated to promoting employee ownership and is an affiliate of The ESOP Association, a national trade association for employee-owned companies with Employee Stock Ownership Plans (ESOPs). Its primary purpose is to support programs that will increase the level of awareness and appreciation of the benefits of employee ownership and increase the number of employees who have access to these benefits.

“Employee ownership is a topic I am extremely passionate about,” notes Cogan. “I recently had the privilege of meeting dozens of brilliant scholars researching broad-based employee ownership and got to observe firsthand the beneficial outcomes of the work of the Foundation. I look forward to contributing to enhanced awareness of employee ownership across academia, the media, and the general public.”
