Entertainment Partners (EP) Announces Appointment of Martin Mazor as new Chief Information Security Officer
Los Angeles, CA, August 9, 2016 – Entertainment Partners (EP), the leading global end-to-end provider of payroll and production management services for the entertainment industry, named Martin Mazor as its newest Vice President and Chief Information Security Officer (CISO). In his role, Mazor will be responsible for ensuring EP’s business strategies have a strong alignment to the latest threats and risks to protect customer assets.
Mazor joins EP from Meggitt PLC (FTSE 150)—a $3.4 Billion Aerospace and Defense engineering and manufacturer—where he was Vice President and CISO and developed a global security organization.
Mazor brings over 20 years of broad information technology experience. Prior to Meggitt, he was the global CISO for Ingram Micro (Fortune 100) where he led all aspects of security operations, application and ERP security programs, architecture, administration, IT Compliance, and IT disaster recovery. Prior to that, Mazor led the security function for the Fluor Corporation (Fortune 500) that included building a global security function in over 100 countries.
“Martin has significantly enhanced the security organizations at Meggit and his other prior roles,” says EP’s Chief Technology Officer, Patrick Baca. “Security is part of our DNA, and we are thrilled that a proven global security leader like him has joined our enterprise.”
In addition to Meggit, Ingram Micro and Fluor, Mazor has held high level information security positions in commercial and government consulting capacities.
“EP’s commitment to top security is inimitable,” says Mazor. “I am excited to be joining a best-in-class service provider, as well as a top technology innovator for the entertainment industry.”
Mazor maintains a number of security industry certifications and regularly presents at industry forums.
