Changes And Updates – How do I change my personal information (address, name, social security number, etc.) or view my checks?

To update your address or view your wage history please log in to our employee portal at my.ep.com.
If you’re not already signed up, you will need to create an account.
If you do not wish to sign up for access to your wage history and address information you will need to complete our Crew & Talent Address change form.
– To update your Name/Social Security Number, you will need to complete our Crew & Talent Inquiries & Corrections Form.
– If you have updated your personal information on the employee portal, there is no need to update your personal information on your voucher.

– To update your Name/Social Security Number, you will need to complete our Background Actors Inquiries & Corrections Form.
Changes and Updates – My loan-out corporation has been dissolved, how can I change my payments to be paid as an individual?
To update this information, please complete and submit our Crew & Talent Inquiries and Corrections form and include a copy of the legal state dissolution of Corporation documentation with state seal you received.
Changes and Updates – What is an IRS Lock-in letter?
From time to time, the IRS (under the IRC section 3402) sends a “Lock-in Letter” notifying the employer that a given employee is not entitled to claim a complete exemption from withholding or more than a specified number of withholding allowances.
This “lock” cannot be removed until we receive a modification or release from the IRS. If you need to request a copy of this letter, please submit our Crew & Talent Inquiries and Corrections form.
