Congressional efforts to repeal and replace the Affordable Care Act have not been successful to date. At least for the foreseeable future, the ACA remains the law of the land.
So what does this mean for your business?
Employers continue to be required to comply with the employer mandate to offer qualified health insurance coverage to eligible full-time employees. Employers also must perform annual government reporting to demonstrate compliance with the employer mandate.
